Requirements:

• The stepfile must come with a complete SM/DWI file, a banner graphic, a background graphic and a link/attached MP3 file. (You can host the file yourself, or you can upload it on the forums. My treat.)
• Please to God. The stepfile has to deal with Rockman (all series, not just EXE) in someway. For example, you can do a stepfile on Bubbleman's Theme Song (Either EXE or Original Theme) but you may not do a song by Linkin Park and expect it to be published in a Rockman website..
• Please, I'm not going to go DDRManiax on your butt about this, but when you submit a file, please have a good number of the steps in sync with the music. I'm not about to go Maxx Unlimited on Be Somewhere. That's just wrong.
• You MAY submit a song that is already on the site, just as long as the steps are different.
• The webmaster has the right to decline, edit, modify and/or remove any submissions, just so he can get that warm fuzzy feeling inside knowing that he has power over you.
